A couple words of commentary from yours truly: Notice how they’re taking the armor back to the early classical design? The shoulder pads are going back to their boxey look and the armor is one color with no aestetic bands on the boots and chest? A couple minor tweaks also stand out though: His fingers end in claws (awesome addition in my opinion) and the helmet is more streamlined and doesn’t jut out at the top or split or extend in the mouth area.
From the looks of the first 2 pages, that freefall seemed unavoidable–and miraculously enough Darkhawk is getting up from that terminal velocity plunge. With Nova, I’d give him the benefit of the doubt. Darkhawk can take punches but a drop like that’s gotta be a pretty vulgar crash to walk away from. I’m glad to see his durability ranks have spiked a bit as well since War of Kings.
