The original pages for War of Kings: Ascension, drawn by Wellington Alves are up on Ebay. Like the pages before them their starting bids are $9.99. This issue covers the final moments between the skrull and Chris Powell (which I still wish could have been explored further… but alas the story must move onward) and the battle between the members of the Imperial Guard and Star Jammers trying to take out Darkhawk. All-in-all it was a pretty action-heavy issue and many of these pages are full of dynamic fight scenes. Three examples are shown below:
