Of COURSE Darkhawk would be a Red Lantern! :) This art piece is done by Brazilian artist Murilo Teixeira da Fonesca and you can see more of his character designs as multi-coloured DC Lanterns on Deviant Art–not restricted to Marvel; he’s got some pokemon for example!

Remove the Red Lantern chest insignia and replace it with a chest amulet, and change the colour palette to cool blues and gray, and I think this would still be a strong design for Darkhawk’s core “street level” armour.
